Warranty Policy
All Real Adventure Design products are guaranteed against manufacturing or material defect. Items will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Real Adventure Design. Warranty is not covered for normal wear and tear or misuse. We will provide repairs as inexpensively as possible for wear and tear and misuse cases. To initiate a warranty case, please contact us.
Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Real Adventure Design products as much as we do. If you want to return or exchange an item, you can do so within 30 days of purchase with the original packaging and receipt.
